I’ve spent this past year at a new job in New York City constantly worrying about one thing or another when it came to my son. But at four-years-old, Shaunsito has at least mastered balancing his own nutritional needs, letting us know when he needs good snacks versus the not so good snacks. Yes, he does a good job of keeping my parenting skills in check but he is a child and this mami STILL knows best!
And what’s best for my family is when we can not only enjoy a guilt free snack but when we can do it during those rare “mami and me” moments that I so desperately look forward to now. With new DOLE Fruit Squish’ems fruit pouches I have the best of both worlds, a delish’ish AND nutritious snack.

Even though the Apple Mixed Berry was clearly the favorite, Shaunsito still wanted to make sure that the other flavors were for him, too. He was not about to part ways with his new, favorite snack! I knew we were on the right track when he tried the Apple one and proclaimed, “Mami, it tastes like REAL apples!” then gave two thumbs up for DOLE Fruit Squishem’s.
This summer I’ll be sure to keep plenty DOLE Fruit Squishem’s on hand for when we’re out and about and when we’re at home just enjoying time together. When products like this come around it makes my life just a little easier. I know that I can spend less time worrying and more time enjoying the precious moments with my son.
